of Saskatchewan taking Theoretical Chemistry and subsequently was
in charge of the waste management section for the University. After
working for several major waste management companies, Terra Impact
Management (TIM) was founded. When RSC purchased TIM, Mr. Underwood
became a shareholder of RSC and assumed the role of Vice President
and General Manager of RSC.
